Terms of service
These cover a dealership's subscription to Fastturn. If you are a shopper who talked to the assistant, the privacy page is the one that concerns you.
What the service is
Fastturn Digital Inc. provides an AI assistant that answers visitors on your website from your own inventory, a hosted chat page, and a dashboard showing the conversations, the leads and what your stock was asked for and did not have.
Your inventory, your customers
Your stock list and the conversations your visitors have remain yours. We process them to run the service for you and on your instructions, and we do not sell them or use one dealership’s data to advantage another.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you feed us. The assistant quotes the price and the payment on the row it was given; if the feed is wrong, the quote is wrong.
What the assistant does not warrant
It is a language model. It is built so that it can only describe vehicles present in your stock list, and it is told to quote figures exactly as they come from it — but it can still be mistaken, and it is not a substitute for a person. Payments it quotes are illustrative, taxes and fees extra, on approved credit.
Nothing it says forms a binding offer on your behalf, and it is instructed never to promise a discount, a delivery date or a trade-in value.
What it costs
- A monthly subscription per rooftop, on the plan you choose. Annual terms are the list price; paying monthly costs 20% more.
- Each plan includes a number of conversations; past that, conversations are charged at the overage rate shown on your plan.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of tax.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card. Changing or cancelling a plan is done from the billing page in your dashboard.
Fair use
The assistant is for genuine visitors to your website. Automated traffic, load testing against the live widget, or using the conversation endpoint as a general-purpose model are not what the plan buys, and we cap spend per dealership to stop a runaway script becoming your invoice.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. On request we will erase your dealership’s data; we may keep what we have to for tax and accounting records.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and we do not exclude liability the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in it.
