Earnee

Poland

Earnee proves the platform is not car-only. The same engine that runs a Nova Scotia car lot runs a rent-to-own e-bike business in Poland — a different vehicle, a different country, a different language — with the catalogue, the payment logic and the lead capture carried straight across.

How it's built

What is actually running here

Not features on a slide — the parts of this product that do the work, and why they were built the way they were.

01

Same platform, a different vehicle

The vehicle model became an e-bike: seven models with their own specs and imagery in the same catalogue structure that drives the car sites. Nothing about the engine assumes “car” — it assumes an inventory of things a customer browses, compares and commits to.

02

Payment-first, for couriers

The audience is delivery riders on Glovo, Wolt and Uber Eats, so the build leads with money: a rent-to-own flow and a payment calculator that answers “what will this cost me a week” before anything else, because that is the question that converts this buyer.

03

Another language, another market

Earnee ships as a multi-language build for a non-English market — the same groundwork a bilingual Quebec site would use — proving the template travels across language and border without a rebuild.
